The initial Hall of Fame inductees 2014
Victorian Rock’n’Roll Dance Hall of Fame
Awarded annually, the Hall of Fame recognises those special people who have made a
notable contribution to Rock’n’Roll dancing over a significant period of time.
Each inductee is presented with their Hall of Fame award at the annual Victorian
Rock'n'Roll Dance State Championships.
Grant & Maryanne Richards,
the principals of Team Richards, have been selected as the 2025 Victorian Rock’n’Roll Dance Hall of Fame inductees.
They are widely recognised and admired, with an established history of competition success, locally and interstate, as teachers introducing adults and especially kids to Rock’n’Roll, assisting charities, community initiatives & special causes, contributing to the growth of Rock’n’Roll dancing through performing at a high level, providing effective dance classes, attracting lots of kids to dancing and supporting their involvement, running social dances and assisting other Rock’n’Roll groups.
Grant & Maryanne will receive their award at the 2025 Victorian Rock’n’Roll Dance State Championships in May.
